Jessica Brice, Co-Founder & Family Advocate
I was born and raised on a family farm in Huntersville, North Carolina. I have committed my life to my amazing husband and 11-year-old “bonus” daughter, both of whom fuel my entire world. Eleven and a half years ago because of my love for children, I decided to become a part-time nanny and work as a floater for a local child care facility. My whole-hearted passion for children and their growth has kept me connected to the child care community ever since. In addition to working with newborn to teenage children as a nanny, sitter, and child care teacher, I became a registered Behavior Technician, working closely with children on the autism spectrum. Much of my time has been dedicated to children with varying disabilities, mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, behavioral disorders and ADD/ADHD. It has been an incredible opportunity to become a vital part of so many amazing families and to establish strong, lasting relationships. I am beyond grateful to these families who have entrusted me with their most precious beings.
With a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Liberty University, I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis. I will remain committed to continuing my education to meet the needs of our clients, nannies and communities. I was raised with the foundation that family is everything. The development of strong families takes a village. The Nanny Company has been a dream that has finally been put into existence. The confidence I have in the dynamic of The Nanny Co. to support the families and nannies who utilize our services is complete!
